[Intended for Black Americans] BASRI - Re: Rules of Engagement

  • Chamblu Studios 212 E. Lexington Street, 3rd Floor Baltimore, MD, 21202 United States (map)

BASRI - Re: Rules of Engagement is a program designed to provide a biased concept of social (behavioral) reconstruction for Black Americans. Beyond just a platform for discussion, and in recognition that sub-cultures exist within the socially accepted aggregate cultures portrayed in mainstream media, BASRI specifically invites African Americans who can embrace those concepts to be revealed through this platform.

Our goal is to create a common social model (the BASRI MANUAL) for people of color living in America. This is NOT a recruitment effort for any religion or political party instead it is a call for unity through the collaborative construction of a set of Rules of Engagement for the BASRI movement.

We are inviting you to share your opinion, reactions and input as we perfect the "BASRI MANUAL" template to which we will ask all participating Americans to adhere.

Highlighted topics revolve around setting up the following national systems: Healthcare and Healthy Social behaviors an much more. But as this is a huge undertaking with global implications, let's just start with domestic health and behaviors for now.

Program formats include: Brief Lectures, Panel Discussions, Interviews, Debates an Q&A, Manual Construction Status News & Reports.
